Jara studeert momenteel Klinische Psychologie aan de Universiteit Utrecht en neemt u tijdens haar college mee naar de mystieke wereld van de nacht. Gemiddeld slaapt een mens namelijk 32 jaar van zijn\/haar leven! Maar wat gebeurt er eigenlijk tijdens deze nachtelijke rust? En waarom hebben we \u00fcberhaupt slaap nodig? Ontdek wat er gebeurt tijdens de nachtelijke uren en wat onze dromen nou \u00e9cht betekenen.
